This workshop will have a few backbends / Inversions with backbend ( as young Scorpion, handstand Scorpion, headstand into backbend……..)
You will also learn to use the different of yoga props ( Block Bolster /Yoga blankets / Yoga Chair / Yoga Trap ) as part of your yoga practice allows to deepen the practice and explore with new and different variations of asanas and inversions.
