Topic :Alignment Inversion & Backbend Workshop
How to pick up inversion poses step by step and to undertsnad tthe benefits of yoga inversions. Introduction to inversions anasna and which parts of your body you need to strengthen before you practice inversions. Why you should practice backbend to protect your body when you practice upside down. How to face Fear to practice Up side down in the different ways.
Body warm up with Asanas. Understand Basic Yoga poses in Foundation with Alignment ( including beginners and Intermediate level). With Awareness to protect your body when you are practicing yoga.
Yoga several Pranayama – Breathing Techniques for Beginners and Intermediate leve to open shoulders
Strengthen Shoulders/ Arms / Core /Free Spine (upper/middle/lower back)/Opening Hip
Guide to better Backbend and Inversions practice in the different versions
This sessions will practice inversions as Shoulderstand – Salamba Sarvangasana / Headstand – Salamba Shirshasana / Tripod Headstand – Sirsasana II / Feathered Peacock Pose – Pincha Mayurasana / Handstand – Adho Mukha Vrksasana / Upward Bow ( Wheel) Pose | Urdhva Dhanurasana
Including a few changes in backbend / Inversion with backbend ( as young Scorpion, Scorpion, handstand Scorpion ……..)
You will also learn to use yoga props ( Block Bolster Chair Trap ) as part of your yoga practice allows to deepen the practice and explore with new and different variations of asana postures and inversions.
Day 2 Sunday Morning (III session)

Flow Asanas with pranayama into warm up for open shoulders and strengthen shoulders/ arms / core/ backbend/twist
Inversion practice in the different versions and including armsbalances into flow practice
How to flow pose by pose with arm balances & Inversions and blackbend to guide the body as a smooth sensationn. It’ll be sweating and weight loss after Vinyasa practice,is very effective! This session is designed for yoga students who have already got the regular yoga practicers. The flow will be into deepen 2.3 hours with a few inversion poses: Headstand – Salamba Shirshasana / Feathered Pincha Pose – Pincha Mayurasana / Tripod Headstand – Sirsasana II / Handstand – Adho Mukha Vrksasana / Upward Bow ( Wheel) Pose | Urdhva Dhanurasana with wild thing ( wheel pose )
Also a few armbalance poses such as Side Plank Pose, Koundinya I ,Koundinya II, Crow pose,flying Pigeon pose

A energy anatomy explanation and healing practice focused on realigning and stretching the connective tissues of the body. Students will experience long held deep stretches with the purpose of connecting with the rhythm of the breath and cultivating a meditative mind. Helps the body relax, increase softness, and promote mental calm. Some pranayama, chanting and meditation may be included. Suitable for anyone looking to stretch their bodies with little physical effort.

About Hélène Lee
Helene is an inspiring yoga instructor who brings Health and Beauty of every person to life.
Born in Taiwan, Helene has a broad international exposure having lived in Taiwan, Belgium, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Being a sportive and health conscience person, she obtained her Hatha yoga instructors’ license in Hong Kong in 2010 from Yoga Limbs, which a Yoga Alliance recognized training center.
