We sometimes experience a fear of failure, but we should not let fear stop us from going forward. As a matter of fact, whenever we do something we will always have a chance that we will fail. It is important in life to realize this.
To overcome this fear you should:
-Review all potential outcomes
-Maintain a positive approach
-Evaluate the worse-case scenario
-Have a back-up plan
At the end of the day it is not failure that is holding people back, but the fear of failure is! Just learn from your mistakes and move forward.
Yoga practice can create a feeling a freedom from judgment, criticism and self-doubt, so you may consider it to overcome your fear of failure.
