Placing Orders

How can I arrange payment?

You can make a bank transfer directly into our account or alternatively pay with a credit card with or without having a PayPal account.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. In case you have a gift card you could also arrange payment with such gift card.

Can I cancel my order?

No, you cannot change or cancel your order online after it’s been placed.

How do I know which size I need to buy?

Each brand has it’s own size chart, so it is important to verify the size chart of the brand of the item you would like to purchase.

What currency is the site in?

All prices on www.yhb.online are quoted in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).


To which countries do you ship?

We currently only ship to customers in Taiwan, but we will soon add other countries.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs will depend on both shipping destination and order quantity, so please verify the below overview.


We deliver in Taiwan, including to some of the outlaying islands against a shipping cost of NTD 100 per delivery.

However we offer free shipping on all orders with a value over NTD 1800.

If the value of a returned shipment is less than NTD 1800, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

The above offer is valid per delivery address and subject to change without prior notice.

Can I pick up my purchase?

Pick up is possible, but only against an appointment – contact us here.

When will my order ship?

We process all orders as fast as possible and arrange delivery between 3 and 7 days depending on the destination.

My order did not arrive?

If you think you order should have arrived already you may always contact our customer service department to make an inquiry.

My order is lost or arrived in a damaged packaging?

When purchasing products from our online store you agree a shipment contract if delivery is required in which all risk of loss and title will pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier or transport company.

All claims for damaged and/or lost shipments should be filed directly by you with the carriers and/or transportation companies.

When you receive a package from the delivery company make sure the outer package is not damaged.  Either refuse to accept a damaged package or make reservations by signing off for a damaged package.

Please also immediately contact our customer service department to report the problem together with the tracking and order number.

How are duties and taxes handled?

Duties and taxes are based upon the national laws of the country to which the order is shipped. Please be aware that you may be responsible for duties, taxes, or brokerage fees associated with your order going through international customs.

We do not cover any such charges.


What is your return policy?

We only accept returns from goods that are ordered from the official YHB online store.

Returns will be in the form of an e-coupon.

YHB offers a 7 day grace period for returns with the seven day grace period beginning the day after the items are received and signed for.

However, please note that for the return policy to be valid:

-you have yet to wear or wash your new gear

-all original tags are still intact and attached

-use the original intact packaging

-you return the items within the required deadline

-you have the original receipt

In case you have any problem please contact us here within the 7 days grace period.

After receiving the returned merchandise, we will inspect the goods to make sure they are accepted to be returnable. The refund will be initiated after the goods are determined to be returnable.

How should I start a return?

In case you have any problem please contact us here. Then send back the return items within 2 days after our customer service representative has contacted you.

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

For exchanges of size and colours, you will pay both shipping charges to return the item back to us and send out the new item to you.

For damaged or defective items, all shipping charges will be paid by YHB.

Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a refund will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded. Please be aware of our shipping costs.

If the returned items are not new and are damaged, you will not be refunded and we will instruct you to retrieve your merchandise, or we will ship it to you. You will be accountable for the return postage.

When will I get my refund?

Returns will be in the form of an e-coupon.

After receiving the returned merchandise, we will inspect the goods to make sure they are accepted to be returnable. The refund will be initiated after the goods are determined to be returnable.

How will I receive my return (e-coupon)?

Once we have received the returned item and confirmed it is in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) and the return has been approved, we will issue an e-coupon to you via email.

The e-coupon can be used on your next purchase on our website within six months of date of issue. Remember, the e-coupon can only be used once and any remaining balance will not be refunded. You will need to provide the authorisation code from the e-coupon so please keep a record.


Threads, unnoticeable stains and color difference from screen are accepted by AQL standard, and should not be viewed as defects.
